AEC was appointed to provide acoustic assessment of the façade & skylight systems at French International School of Hong Kong.

AEC has conducted computer simulation to predict the noise isolation of the design drawing of façade glazing and frame’s composition. We have reviewed the frame and gaskets design to identify potential sound leakages, and provided recommendations to meet the noise isolation. In addition, we have examined the lab test of façade sound insulation rating and made comments on testing methodology.
