City Hub was awarded Final Gold rating under BEAM Plus New Buildings in 2020. In addition to serving as BEAM Pro for the project, AEC also conducted noise impact assessment and reduced traffic noise levels through mitigation measures such as applying acoustic window, in hopes of complying with the local noise standards.
