Ms Grace Kwok delivered a talk on Greening the Existing Buildings on 16 September 2017 as part of BSD PQSL Series 2017 organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Ms Kwok’s presentation highlighted the key issues of greening existing buildings, touched on the importance of “green body check”, introduced various local and overseas green building assessment schemes, and showcased AEC’s green building projects, namely Towngas Headquarters, International Commerce Centre and NTT Communications Hong Kong Data Centre.
