Ms. Grace Kwok, Chairman and Executive Director of AEC Group, was invited to speak at a webinar organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) on 12 May 2020. During the webinar, Grace introduced various international sustainability assessment standards applicable to the real estate sector. She also shared with us more about GRESB and introduced strategic ways of addressing and improving sustainability performance of real estate portfolios through tenant engagement, green building and ESG Reporting.
